MY STORY
Milktree was created in 2019 by me, Karen. My passion for gelato dates back to when I was a child making gelato with my dad. Gelato has since been my favourite food.
I was lucky enough to have lived in different countries throughout my childhood. I've learnt to blend together these feelings, smells and memories of my childhood and create new gelato recipes in my lab. On my ice cream counter you will find traditional Italian flavours and a wild combination of other flavours profiles I've picked up from around the world.
My gelato is currently sold in markets across London. Every flavour you see is a recipe made by yours truly in my SE London kitchen. I use only fresh and organic ingredients. It takes me a great deal of time to get recipes 'just right' so I hope you love them and I manage to provide you with the most delicious gelato in this city.
